The Township of Boonton will be continuing a road resurfacing project on Tuesday May 13th. Currently, the work is scheduled to conclude at the end of the day on Wednesday May 14th. Road milling has already been completed, and the remainder of the project will consist of paving several Township roads. The following roadways will specifically be impacted by the project:

Hillcrest Road

Julia Court

Cedar Court

Bayer Lane

Residents who live on or near these roadways should expect traffic delays on May 13th and May 14th. If driving through these neighborhoods, please plan for additional travel time. Parents and students who use school bus-stops in these neighborhoods should look for communication from their school district. The school district will be notifying parents directly regarding any modifications to the normal bus procedures. 

Boonton Township Police Officers will be on scene daily assisting with traffic control. We greatly appreciate everyone's anticipated cooperation throughout the duration of this project.
